Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Terri's Sweet Cakes, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Terri's Sweet Cakes.
2. Custom Orders & Design
Each creation by Terri's Sweet Cakes is a handcrafted masterpiece. While we strive to match approved designs, slight variations in color and detail may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work.
Conceptual designs, sketches, and digital mockups remain the intellectual property of Terri's Sweet Cakes. They are intended for single-use execution and may not be reproduced without written consent.
3. Payments & Deposits
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the timeline specified in your individual quote or invoice (typically 14 days prior to the event).
For our Bake Shop items, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellations & Alterations
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Alterations to the design, flavor, or size of your order may be subject to additional charges and are dependent on our production schedule.
5. Delivery & Pickup
Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered and set up, Terri's Sweet Cakes is no longer responsible for any damage caused by transit, weather, or improper handling at the venue.
6. Allergies & Preferences
Terri's Sweet Cakes operates in a facility where nuts, gluten, and dairy are present. While we take every precaution, we cannot 100% guarantee a trace-free environment. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any severe allergies during the consultation phase.
