It all started in Belleville, IL when Terri’s grandfather asked for a homemade caramel cake. He loved it so much that she posted it online, the requests started pouring in, and a bakery was born. As a proud woman and Black-owned bakery, Terri has spent over 15 years mastering her craft. We understand that a cake isn't just dessert, it's the centerpiece of your most important moments, and that passion goes into every single order we take.
Today, Terri's Sweet Cakes operates as an exclusive online bakery. We run our magic out from our new ghost kitchen, meaning we don't have a traditional storefront, which lets us put 100% of our focus into crafting your custom orders. We proudly serve Belleville, all surrounding communities, and the St. Louis metro area (just a quick 5-mile trip!). We bring custom creations to your table that leave guests talking and plates empty, always keeping the business professional without losing our authentic flavor.
